General Manager
The General Manager is held accountable for directing and coordinating all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center. The General Manager oversees the P&L, motivates sales, and provides leadership to all staff and processes for the center.

Service Technician
The Service Technician completes diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessories. The Service Technician communicates with residential and/or commercial customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The person in the role also recommends products and services and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician completes heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial jobsites. The individual filling the position also completes installation and service on inside air equipment and accessories, as well, and has the expertise to follow controls and wiring graphics and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist manages customer queries, objections, and billing inquiries with the highest measure of consideration and professionalism to solve customer concerns with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also held accountable for helping with day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center.

The Dispatcher, following Service Experts radio and pager processes, dispatches customer information to Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. The individual in the position also interacts with the customer to confirm the customer is notified of scheduled appointments, respond to inquiries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher efficiently plans and routes the most appropriate technicians using established company guidelines.
