Midland Air Service Experts was excited to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this amazing event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the top nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this great cause and the nationwide event has raised $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been volunteering for the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s motorcycle group rides every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for this wonderful cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The philanthropic motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
