HVAC Industry Launches Smart Assistant

March 31, 2017

You’ve heard of the Google Home and the Amazon Echo: Alexa, but were you aware you can now purchase a Havexa? That’s right, the HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) industry is starting their own smart-assistant within your heating and cooling equipment.

Do you and your family fight over who is adjusting the thermostat higher and lower? The Havexa can help!

“The Havexa was a blessing to our marriage. We would constantly fight over the temperature in our place,” said Kodi Horn, who runs cold. “But ever since we invested in the Havexa, she lets Matt, my husband, know how absurd he is to keep the thermostat cooling at 69 degrees.”

The Havexa also provides a listening ear and some small talk.

“I came home last Thursday to an empty house,” said Whitney Antwine, a marketing VP for a local Dallas non-profit. “Out of nowhere I asked, ‘How was your day?’ and my Havexa responded, ‘Okay, but I may be getting a chill.’ It was nice to have some conversation.”

The Havexa provides advice on different home tasks and personal situations, such as the recommended temperature for washing dishes, how hot you look for your night out, or if you actually have time to Netflix and Chill on a Saturday. The Havexa can even tell you your mood – simply place your hand on your furnace or air conditioning equipment and it can tell you your mood. Like a new-age mood ring!

Call Fras-Air/General Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning today to ask about installing the Havexa in your HVAC equipment and get started with your own personal smart-assistant.
