"The outside temperature reading has never worked since installation (over a month ago). We have had two attempts for techs to fix it. The first time we were told to let it run/cyvv CB le for a while and maybe it will show up. This last time, two techs went over the unit settings with no resolution and it was determined they needed to call Lennox so left because they were not open for 20-30 mins. We were told we would receive a call back from the tech once they finished the call with Lennox. We never received that call. Everyone has been very pleasant and well intended, however follow through has been pretty poor after purchase and installation of the unit/items."

"I requested air conditioning and furnace tune up. The guy came and told me my furnace was 29 y o and dangerous to operate. He recommended replacement. He charged me $55 in addition to the $89 for the air conditioning tune up just for taking a look at it. After he left, I went and looked at the furnace. It clearly says it was manufactured in 2009! I called another company, their technician tuned up the furnace and everything was fine. Waste of money! I would not recommend Fras-air to anyone!"

He was much more professional than a competing company I had in a day before to quote the job whose sales rep showed up without a mask & simply shrugged his shoulders when I said to him I take my family's safety more serious than most since my wife has pre-existing conditions that could complicate matters if she is exposed to virus. So, I was happy to see that the techncians & Ryan provided assurances regarding this even though I know it's not easy given that it's a hot job for employees to do. Frank was great when the job was done, very professional and I could see the quality of the work when complete. He definitely takes pride in his work and it shows."

Since last summer, Fras Air installed a new furnace and central air conditioning Lennox system at a cost of approximately $15,000, I asked if he could speak to management about a favorable price adjustment. He suggested that he go back to discuss an alternative price. One month later I have heard NOTHING so I assume Fras Air is not interested in this job. Since I have been using your company for the three years in my home and a major investment (which I am pleased with), I am disappointed in the way your company approached this price estimate. I guess I will have to speak to other contractors for an estimate."

"Nicholas the tech was OK, only checked outside - not the air handler in our attic. We previously had a technician out the last week and there was "sludge" in the condenser line in the attic. The house has issues getting cool on the first floor and we feel like since the beginning of work with Fras Air we were price gauged, overpaid, they lack the understanding of high velocity systems and are not informative to think of better solutions and recommendations when installing. In fact, many of the ideas for changes came from US, the homeowner - and we are not in the HVAC business. We came home with a newborn son in June 2018 to a broker AC unit. We called them for an estimate and were quoted $14,000 to add a new compressor, new air handler and add some ductwork. We asked if it would make sense to put the air handler in the basement versus attic, but they said no - even more expensive to do that work. We have subsequently received quotes of 6-8k from two separate companies to install a new system in our unfinished basement with the same compressor, new air handler and new ductwork and new floor vents in our home. This would be easier to access and more efficient than the high velocity system. Furthermore, when getting the system, they only used the same vents, same return. They had to come back many times to figure out the issues, as we were not cooling the house. After many visits (fi you checked the logs - you would see about 20 visits per year for the past few years) we came up with solutions to help the air flow and efficiency - not the experienced tech. We suggested moving the main return, adding vents (as there were not enough for the size of the compressor - easily looked up on a spacepak chart and verified by an outside local HVAC company), adding more returns (also our suggestion). Implementing our recommendations based on common sense has proved helpful, but it is unnerving when the experts had no solutions in mind. We have spent countless hours, wasted time, energy, on this process, days off from work, lost money to get this working and it still doesn't! We would like to have a new air handler and ductwork installed in the basement and use the same compressor. It is the only right solution, and we feel like we have paid for it already to occur. Otherwise it will be continuous service trips multiple times per year, year over year. Which we believe to be more costly to you in the long term."

"I feel I wasted $130 on a service call for AC repair. First they show up over an hour late. The technician first tells me the capacitor is bad, then decided the motor was faulty. However, while trying to check the motor he mistakenly blew out the circuit board. So he tries to give me a bill for the motor and the circuit board which he damaged. I escalated to a manager and he instructed the tech to investigate further. After 2 more hours the tech tells me another diagnosis. I do not trust anything they tell me now and after $130 my AC is is worse condition than before they came."
