"1) A technician was at our house on a Saturday evening within 1/2 an hour to diagnose the problem 2) By following Monday, Ryan M gave us a proposal for the new furnace and A/C unit as well as arranged for delivery of 4 window units to get us through the hot August weather. Only reason for a 9 and not a 10 is that I believe that we paid a higher price even with all of the rebates. I realize that "you get what you pay for". Been using Fras-Air for 20+ years."

After some research on YouTube I was able to resolve the issues with both toilets with two new parts totaling $14.98 from Home Depot. So disappointed in your plumbing services. Estimate to replace a faucet and remove a garbage disposal was $920 found a local plumber who did it for less than $300. So disappointed!"

"Because we had both furnaces replaced and after the team of 3 techs left, both units were not working within an hour. One not at all, and the other was blowing warm air. My experience after that on the phone trying to get someone out to fix the units was nothing short of total frustration and bitter disappointment. I assume it was a call center because I called three times and got three different operators. I asked for a manager to contact me, none did. I got a call from tech who said he would call right back and didn't for hours, long after the problems were finally repaired, and then only to say that he couldn't come. Finally, a tech showed up, but we werent told he was coming. He was excellent and fixed both of the issues in about an hour. The downstairs unit was a drip tray leveling issue that was wrong from the installation. The upstairs untit, Im still not sure what the issue was, but he fixed it. I spent over $9,000 to have these two units replaced. We have been Fraise Air customers since we built this house in 1999. I never got a call from a manger or the sales rep or the installation manager to apologize for the poor installation. Am I considering changing my Spring and Fall tune up services contract to another company, you bet I am. Other than the tech who finally came out to fix everything, it doesnt seem like your company has much continuity or customer-centric policies. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. 3 techs to install 2 units took 6 hours, but they got it wrong. I could have lived with that I guess, but then the experience trying to get someone out to fix the issues was unaceptable."

"I feel that he tried to oversell me on the system he recommended. Even with the next lower AC system, the heating system was still oversized. This is based on 5 other estimates rec'd & add'l research I did online. In the end it was the highest priced estimate I rec'd & quite out of my budget range. Based on other estimates, I also feel he could have explained better everything that would be replaced. Regarding the question below about the sales petson arriving on time, I sceduled an appt on the phone, rec'd a confirmatory email but then no one showed. A half hour later I called the office. 1st the woman told me he was detained further out of the area but couldn't explain why no phone call to explain. Then she said she didn't even know my appt was on the schedule. It was rescheduled for the next day & he did show up on time."

On top of this, the price of the part was $377 while the similar part from a reputable supplier is $22."

"The service technicians sent to do the work were excellent. Always courteous and professional. Lauren the customer service rep was also wonderful. However there seems to be a major disconnect on the office side of things. No one seemed to know exactly how the install was progressing and the scheduling of crews was very spur of the moment often sending people out to do something that was not ready. There is also a coordinations problem with staying on top of permits and cleaning up scrape left behind. I still have a pile of scrape metal sitting in my garage for over 2 months now. Your professional do great work but the office needs to get their act together. Im tired of calling 2-3 times a week to follow up on the same thing keep things moving"

We asked what time come he return on the following day. He said that his shift starts at 4pm, however, he would be at hour house at 3pm. The technician arrived at 5:30pm. This is really out of character for the years of professional service that I have received from your company. I hope that this does not happen again. I think that everyone's time should be respected. I did not have any problem with the customer service rep. I realize that he does not have any control over the field technician's handling of appointments."

The units were working fine until Fras Air sent a service tech to perform a routine maintenance. Ever since that time the air conditioning has not been working and there has been a code 413 error. Fras Air sent out multiple service tech to diagnose the problem and each person seemed to have a different diagnosis. In at least 2 instances the technician told us that a part was defective and needed to be ordered and replaced. Fras Air apparently never ordered the part and has not replaced it. We have called Fras Air multiple times for an update and no one can give us a straight answer."

"This is the second visit from a technician to my house. the first tech that came to my house on May 23 2019 said that there was nothing wrong with my HVAC system. The second technician, which by the way was supposed to come to an appointment on July 3, 2019 between 2pm - 6pm didn't show up to my house and they had us waiting all afternoon with out even a phone call to let us know. After waiting all afternoon, we called the office and that is when we were told that the tech was not going to make it and we were ask to reschedule for July 4, 2019 (holiday) between the hours of 8am -12pm appointment window. Technician Raymond (very nice guy and a US VET working on 4 of JULY) came to my house on July 4 and started working on diagnosing the air conditioning system. His diagnosis was kind of inconclusive. My system is a 5year old heating and cooling system bought and installed by Fras Air/Service Experts. The issue with the system now is that it constantly runs , is not cooling the house properly and the pipes outside are frozen up. The technician diagnosis was that the system is low on refrigerant (410A) and it could be because of a leak somewhere in the system. He also said that it could be the TXV system that is not working properly. I asked about how can we find the leak and he went on to explain the process but said that it couldn't be done that day and he needed to come back to add the dyes into the system and find the leak. Then he explain about adding more 410A and the cost. I decided to just add more refrigerant. He proceeded to add a pound of 410A while the system was on and running. After he finish adding the refrigerant and noticed that the pipes were frozen and i was told that they will eventually defrost, it takes time to the 410A refrigerant to go thorough the system. I paid my Second service fee of $99 plus tax and additional $121.00 for a pound of 410A. At this time went to work and about 10 hours later i come to my house and i noticed that the pipes outside a still frozen and the house is warmer than before. I am extremely disappointed by the service very doubtful that i would use or recommend your company ever again."

Our A/C tuneup was 6/3/19, The next day we noticed water pooling under the A/C unit, near the condensate pump area, but we were just leaving for an over 3 week trip out west, so just left the A/C off while gone. Returning home last weekend we found the same issue when we used our A/C. Called and today you sent a tech to inspect and service our unit. He was nice and professional, and noted that the condensate pan had a lot of crud in it and the pump hose was missing a clamp, things that should have been dealt with during our 6/3/19 A/C tuneup! The tech charged us an $84 service fee, not his fault, but my wife and I are shocked and upset that we were charged for a service call to resolve what should have been dealt with during our 6/3/19 A/C tuneup. After buying our HVAC equipment from you, and many years as your customers we thought you would stand behind your work far better than this. We are considering if it is time to find a different company to address our future HVAC needs, but wanted to contact you about this issue first to give you a chance to make it right. "Appointment was 2-4 the day before. At close to 4pm I call to ask where they are and am told they will be an hour late. No one called to let me know or ask if ok so had to reschedule appointment to next day. When the technicians arrived they told me the unit was low on freon and it would be between $200 - $300 per pound to replace plus dye - possibly $1500. Then would need to come back and repair the leak and recharge which could be another $1500 plus. They recommended replacing the unit and gave me an estimate of $10k on a Goodman and $15k on a Lenox. I had a Lenox installed through you 3 years ago and it was about $15k. At that time I was told by numerous people I was way overcharged. This time I decided to get a second opinion - so paid the $85 and had nothing done. Second technician showed up and said it was only $90 per pound to recharge and we should do that and determine how fast the leak was and if an issue to replace. Estimate at high end was $8k - that's almost half! The technician cleaned the compressor unit and mentioned it looks like it has never been cleaned before. He showed me the filth and dirt coming out of the unit when he was cleaning it. I have a service contract on the unit which includes cleaning, but it looks like that hasn't been done the past 3 years! Very disappointing."
