"My unit is not even a year old. I have had nothing but problems. A few months after installation it was making a loud banging noise. The more recent service call was due to lack of heat. The technician told me there is something wrong with the pressure valve accepting the gas. THIS IS VERY CONCERNING. That was 3 days ago and I havent heard from anyone . In addition prior to technician coming i had to call multiple times to confirm i was still on the schedule with a back and forth reply of no then yes. So far im not impressed . Simple communication goes far. I am not a fan of social media but feel if this issue is not resolved it may be my only choice. Hoping to hear back from someone today."

"Your company has been providing furnace service for the entire time I have owned this furnace. I find it amazing that almost every time the technician arrives to clean and inspect the furnace, there is no filter available to replace the old one, nor is there a filter available to replace the one in the humidifier. Who stocks the trucks for the day's appointments? Based on use records, you know from year to year, what each contract has routinely used but don't have it available for the customer. And then it gets even better. The customer replaces it and YOU get off scott free. It gets old after almost 20 years and there are other services available."

"I'm very happy with Fras-Air. Techs are well-trained, courteous, and responsive to questions. One area for improvement: techs are not trained on component wear-out values. Case in point: my furnace blower capacitor has a nominal value of 15 uF. The manufacturing tolerance is +/- 5%, so the new installed value could be 14.25 uF. The tech confused the lower build tolerance with the wear-out value. After perhaps one year of use, the cap might measure at 14.00 uF or even 13.75 uF, but this does not mean that it needs to be replaced. Techs should be trained in component wear-out / end-of-life condition and understand when part replacement is mandatory."

The first time we were told to let it run/cyvv CB le for a while and maybe it will show up. This last time, two techs went over the unit settings with no resolution and it was determined they needed to call Lennox so left because they were not open for 20-30 mins. We were told we would receive a call back from the tech once they finished the call with Lennox. We never received that call. Everyone has been very pleasant and well intended, however follow through has been pretty poor after purchase and installation of the unit/items."

"I requested air conditioning and furnace tune up. The guy came and told me my furnace was 29 y o and dangerous to operate. He recommended replacement. He charged me $55 in addition to the $89 for the air conditioning tune up just for taking a look at it. After he left, I went and looked at the furnace. It clearly says it was manufactured in 2009! I called another company, their technician tuned up the furnace and everything was fine. Waste of money! I would not recommend Fras-air to anyone!"

He suggested that he go back to discuss an alternative price. One month later I have heard NOTHING so I assume Fras Air is not interested in this job. Since I have been using your company for the three years in my home and a major investment (which I am pleased with), I am disappointed in the way your company approached this price estimate. I guess I will have to speak to other contractors for an estimate."
